Even if you think you don't like 50 Cent, and especially if you haven't heard his more recent mixtapes, you should check out this mixtape he made available in 2009. It is a mixtape in a truer sense then most of todays mixtapes, as he often times lets the songs he's rapping over play out after his verse is finished. Most, if not all, of the beats he uses are 80s-early 90s pop/r&b songs.
Also, I never saw much response on his feature length movie Before I Self Destruct that 50 wrote directed and starred in and that came for free with his last album of the same title, Before I Self Destruct.
